Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services.

1. Cancellation Policy – iBIN Landscaping

Please note that once you have booked any service with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. You can cancel your service without penalty within 24 hours for one-time service and 15 days for full-season (mowing) signup before they are scheduled to take place.

You can cancel your service by emailing us at ibinlandscapinginfo@gmail.com, texting 780-699-6167, or calling our office at 587-921-1249. 

2. Discontinue the whole season (Mowing season) service:

Discount will not be counted if you discontinue or cancel the service in the middle of the season. 

3. Overgrown grass:

If the grass is overgrown (over 5" long) at the beginning of your service a one-time surcharge* will be applied to compensate for additional time needed.

4. Pine cone/ niddle, Apple removal, and hand weeding:

Pine cone/ niddle removal, Apple removal and hand weedings are not included in the service. iBIN Landscaping will charge hourly* for these services.

5. Debries bags: 

We provide the first 10 debris bags free. If it exceeds 10 bags we charge C$ 4 for each bag.  Debris bags will be kept in the property for city pickup.

6. About extra time:

Before starting the work if it seems extra time will be needed to complete the job, iBIN Landscaping team will contact you for the approval of extra hours*.

7. Changing/ reschedule authority:

iBIN Landscaping has the authority to change or reschedule the service date. We consider some factors for this like weather conditions, equipment problems etc.

       *Surcharge/ hourly rate is C$ 50
