Before using our services, kindly review the following terms and conditions.

**Cancellation Policy**

We reserve a specific time slot in our schedule exclusively for you once you book a service. You can cancel your service without penalties within 48 hours of the scheduled service date for one-time services like lawn spring cleanup and fall cleanup.

For monthly full-season mowing services or year-round service, a 20-day notice is required.

If you want to cancel a scheduled mowing visit, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

You can cancel your service by emailing ibinlandscapinginfo@gmail.com, texting 780-699-6167, or calling our office at 587-921-1249.

**Discontinuation/Cancellation of Mowing Service/Year-Round Service**

If you receive a discount for the mowing season or year-round service, this discount won’t be applied if you discontinue or cancel the service during the season.

**Additional Time**

The provided quote is an estimate of the job’s cost. If more time is needed to complete the job, the iBIN Landscaping team will contact you to get your approval for extra time.

**Overgrown Grass**

If the grass is overgrown (more than 6 inches long) at the beginning of the service, a one-time surcharge will be applied to compensate for the additional time required.

**Grass Clippings**

Grass clippings are disposed of in the property’s green bin. If the bin is full, paper bags are used and left on the property.

**Pine Cones/Pine Needles, Apple Removal, and Hand Weeding**

Pine cone/pine needle removal, apple removal, and hand weeding are not included in the service. iBIN Landscaping charges an hourly rate for these services.

**Debris Bags**

We provide the first eight debris bags for free. If the number of bags exceeds eight, a charge of C$ 3 per bag will be applied. We do not offer the debris bag removal service. Debris bags will be retained on the property for city pickup.

**Rescheduling/Cancellation Authority**

iBIN Landscaping has the authority to reschedule or cancel services. Factors considered in making these decisions include weather conditions, equipment malfunctions, payment issues, and other relevant circumstances.
