• Power raking: The removal of dead grass and extra thatch. We recommended doing power rake in every spring  before new growth begins, to promote a thicker and healthier lawn.
• First mowing and trimming: The first mow of the season is vital. the professional grass cut is 2" - 3 " and grass trimming along all of the edges of surfaces. 
• Rockbed and gardenbed cleanup: Loose leaves and debries will be blown out.
• Cliping and debries bagging: Bagged clip ping will be left near your property waste pickup site for removal by city. if you want us to remove the bags there will be additional charge applied. 
• Power Edging: Power edge uniforms grass lines and gives your lawn a professional and clean look around sidewalks and driveways in your front yard.

You can also add CORE AERATION with your service. 

• Core Aeration: Aeration helps to receive more sunlight, water, nutrients. we use plug aerator so plugs will be left on the turf surface to decompose.

A customize quote is required for adding below services. Please mention them when you place your order, and job will be billed on an hourly basis.

• Rockbed and garden bed cleanup: Hand removal of weeds, dead plants which are not removed by blowout or raking
• Removal of fallen fruits: Removal and bagging of fallen apple, etc.
• Removal of Pine cones or pine needles: Removal and bagging of loose pine cones and pine needles.
• Hedge trimming; We also offer hedge trimming. 
• Overgrown grass: If your grass is over 6" long, a one time surcharge will be applied to compensate for the additional time needed. This is also billed at an hourly basis. 

• Grass under inaccessible areas such as trampolines, garden furniture and no object will be moves for liability reasons. 
• Cleanup of pet wests, large branches, garbage or excessive debris.
• Remove of garden equipment like flower vase, soil etc.
• Removal of bagged debris: We keep those for the city pickup. If you want this service to remove those, there will be a additional charge applied.

This services is first booked first serve basis. We schedule from April to May after snow completely melts. It is the busiest season for iBIN Landscaping. please make sure you get your booking early.
